The oscillating rider roller for Komorimatics Dampenors is the single most effective way to resolve printing problems that have been ongoing for years. Ghosting, streaking and ink water balance are greatly improved.  No more chasing ink water balance. Sharper dots, faster drying and glossier inks. THE OSCILLATOR is exceptionally user friendly, installs easily in existing brackets and requires no retrofitting special gears, air lines or adjustable control boxes. Total stroke is 1”

to 1.5” depending on the size press.

 

WHY AN OSCILLATING ROLLER ?

 

By oscillating the rider roller several common water related problems are eliminated or significantly reduced, such as ink build up on the water form common to Komorimatic Dampenors. The ability to control ink and water film thickness leads to less emulsification.

The Oscillator  reduces streaking, ghosting, and reduces dot gain. .Improved ink water balance results in faster drying and higher gloss. The need to clean metering rollers between jobs is eliminated.
